  • 方法一:1.乙烯法本法可联产三氯乙烯和四氯乙烯,分下列二法。a.直接氯化乙烯和氯在含FeCl3催化剂的1,2-二氯乙烷溶液中,于280-450℃进行反应,生成1,2-二氯乙烷,再进一步氯化成三氯乙烯和四氯乙烯,经蒸馏后,分别用NH3中和、洗涤、干燥,即得成品。b.氧氯化法以乙烯和氯加成生成1,2-二氯乙烷,1,2-二氯乙烷与氯、氧在以CuCl2和KCl为催化剂以及425℃、138-207kPa条件下进行氧氯化反应,产物经冷却、水洗、干燥后蒸馏,得高纯度产品。2.烃类氧化法将含甲烷、乙烷、丙烷、丙烯等的烃类混合物于50-500℃氯化热解,得氯代烃类的混合物,精馏后分离成各种产品。3.乙炔法乙炔和氯加热氯化生成1,1,2,2-四氯乙烷,用碱脱去氯化氢得三氯乙烯,再经氯化生成五氯乙烷,然后再用碱脱去氯化氢得四氯乙烯。因乙炔价昂,已逐步为乙烯法等代替。

  • 用途与作用:工业上四氯乙烯主要用作溶剂、有机合成、金属表面清洁剂和干洗剂、脱硫剂、热传递介质。医疗上用作驱虫药。也是制三氯乙烯和含氟有机物的中间体。一般居民通过大气、食品及饮水可能接触低浓度的四氯乙烯。 四氯乙烯对许多无机和有机化合有良好的溶解能力,如硫、碘、氯化汞、三氯化铝、脂肪、橡胶和树脂等,这种溶解能力被广泛用作金属脱脂清洗剂、脱漆剂、干洗剂、橡胶溶剂、油墨溶剂、液体皂,高档毛皮及羽毛的脱脂;四氯乙烯也用作驱虫(钩虫和姜片虫)药;纺织品加工整理剂。 四氯乙烯也是一种驱肠虫药,对治疗钩虫感染、杀灭十二指肠钩虫和美洲钩虫有效。但会发生头晕、头痛、恶心、困倦和酩酊样等副作用。一般用其胶丸空腹时吞服,服药期间忌油、酒,以免中毒。对肝脏和中枢神经系统的毒性较大,对消化道也有较强刺激性,并可引起贫血,故现已少用。
  • 工业制备四氯乙烯方法:工业上大多采用氧氯化法[1,2]或C1~C3烃类氯化法制备四氯乙烯,前者以二氯乙烷为原料,经下述反应制得: 后者是用甲烷、乙烷、丙烷等为原料,在550~700℃时氯化热解制得。 1,以四氯乙烷为原料,高温氯化或在铜、锌催化剂作用下氧化脱氢。 2,以甲烷、乙烷或丙烷为原料,氯化、脱氢,可制得四氯乙烯。 3,以乙炔为原料,与氯反应,生成三氯乙烯,进一步氯化,生成五氯乙烷,再用碱脱氯化氢,可制得[1]四氯乙烯。 4,以乙烯为原料,与氯反应,生成二氯乙烷,二氯乙烷再经氯氧化反应,生成四氯乙烯及副产品三氯乙烯。 参考资料:安家驹 主编;包文滁,王伯英,李顺平 合编.实用
