  • 方法一:1-萘酚有多种生产方法。 α-萘磺酸碱熔法 以萘为原料,用浓硫酸低温(40℃以下)磺化得到α-萘磺酸,再在310~320℃碱熔可制得1-萘酚。 该法总收率约40%,副产物2-萘酚较多,酸、碱消耗量大。用氯磺酸代替浓硫酸进行磺化,以邻硝基乙苯作溶剂,再经碱熔可得到1-萘酚,其收率约为72%,2-萘酚的生成量减少,但需耗用溶剂。 α-萘胺水解法 以α-萘胺为原料,在15%~20%的硫酸中加压水解。 反应温度为200℃,压力为1.2~1.5 MPa。水解产物分离,回收生成的硫酸氢铵,经中和、蒸馏得到含量96%~98%的1-萘酚,收率近90%。该法工艺较简单,但α-萘胺毒性高,设备防腐和废水处理问题较严重。 如果采用α-氯萘水解,温度和压力条件更高,反应压力约5MPa,反应温度为270℃左右,需采用铜催化剂。 四氢萘法 以萘为原料,经加氢得到四氢萘,再经氧化、脱氢得到1-萘酚。 萘加氢制四氢萘,采用工业加氢钼酸镍催化剂和“绝热”反应装置,压力约3MPa,平均反应温度300℃,加料空速0.8h -1 ,氢/萘比2500~6400(体积比),萘单程转化率可达85%,四氢萘选择达92%以上,精馏后四氢萘纯度达98%以上,加氢及精制总收率为85.5%。 四
