  • 方法一:由2-氨基吡啶经重氮化后，与2-萘酚偶合而得。将无水乙醇与金属钠反应生成乙醇钠，然后加入2-氨基吡啶的乙醇溶液，通入亚硝酸乙酯蒸气于45-50℃反应。能毕，保温8小时，过滤出重氮盐用乙醚洗涤。将重氮盐加入2-萘酚的乙醇溶液中，在45-50℃通入二氧化碳进行偶合反应，6小时后过滤出结晶，用蒸馏水洗涤后再用乙醇重结晶，干燥即为成品。
