  • 应用领域:1、日化工业 山梨醇在牙膏中作为赋形剂、保湿剂、防冻剂、加入量可达25~30%,可保持膏体润滑,色泽、口感好;在化妆品中作为防干剂(代替甘油),可增强乳化剂的伸展性和润滑性,适用长期贮存;山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯及其环氧乙烷加成物具有对皮肤刺激性小的优点,在化妆品行业中广泛应用。 2、食品行业 在食品中加入山梨糖醇可以防止食品的干裂,使食品保持新鲜柔软。在面包蛋糕中使用,有明显效果。 山梨糖醇甜度低于蔗糖,且不被某些细菌利用,是生产无糖糖果和各种防龋齿食品的重要原料。由于本品代谢不引起血糖升高,也可以作为糖尿病人食品的甜味剂和营养剂。 山梨糖醇不含醛基,不易被氧化,在加热时不和氨基酸产生美拉德反应。有一定的生理活性,能防止类胡萝卜素和食用脂肪及蛋白质的变性,在浓缩牛乳中加入本品可延长保质期,也可改善小肠的色香味,对鱼肉酱有明显的稳定和长期保存的作用。在果酱蜜饯中也有同样作用。 3、医药工业 山梨醇可作为维生素C生产原料;也可以作为糖浆、注射输液、医药压片的原料、作为药物分散剂、填充剂、冷冻保护剂、防结晶剂、中药稳定剂、润湿剂、胶囊增塑剂、甜
