  • 方法一:将2-四氢呋喃甲醇和吡啶混合，搅拌冷却，滴加氯化亚砜，随着反应的进行，析出糊状物质并放热使温度上升，控制温度在60℃以下。继续滴加氯化亚砜，反应物溶解成棕黑色液体。反应3-4h后，用乙醚提取反应液。乙醚提取液蒸除乙醚后进行减压蒸馏，收集47-48℃（2.0kPa）馏分，为2-氯甲基四氢呋喃。产率73%-75%。
