产品应用
- ⑴. 常温常压下为无色液体，摄入、吸入或经皮肤吸收后对身体有害。对眼睛、皮肤、黏膜有强烈刺激作用。吸入烟雾颗粒可引起置换血液蛋白质，导致过热反应。
- ⑵.与水分、空气、氧化物、酒精、卤烃、酸、碱、卤化物、氨水和胺接触分解。在300℃时缓慢分解产生甲烷。
- ⑶. 用作烯烃聚合催化剂、引火燃料，也用于制取直链伯醇和烯烃等，可用于金属有机化合物气相沉积。
- ⑷. 在制造发光二极管时用作AsGa,GaP、GaAsP的P型掺杂剂。
- ⑸. 高纯三甲基铝用作MOCVD工艺的原材料，用于沉积铝膜。还可用作烯烃聚合的催化剂。
- 三甲基铝用作烯烃聚合催化剂、引火燃料，也用于制取直链伯醇和烯烃等，可用于金属有机化合物气相沉积。
