  • 方法一:其制备方法是利用石油二甲苯或煤焦油二甲苯进行分离,分离的方法可以用低温结晶法、配合法、吸附法和磺化水解法等。国内过去用磺化水解法生产间二甲苯,现在已采用吸附法分离间二甲苯。吸附法用分子筛为吸附剂,可以进行气相吸附,也可以进行液相吸附,其工艺分述如下。 (1)磺化水解法 将混合二甲苯经精馏切取130~140℃馏分,再加硫酸磺化,反应温度80~90℃,反应时间3.5h,然后分出磺化二甲苯,再经水解、蒸馏,切取140~150℃馏分而得成品。 该方法对设备腐蚀严重,并有较多的三废,仅能小规模生产,因此被吸附法所取代。 (2)吸附法 采用分子筛进行液相吸附或气相吸附,液相吸附以K-Ba-Y型为吸附剂,甲苯为解吸剂,在移动床进行连续吸附分离,操作温度65~85℃,吸附剂与原料比不大于10,脱附剂与原料比大于5。气相吸附也采用K-Ba-Y型分子筛为吸附剂,吸附温度170~180℃,操作压力为常压。吸附分离法是近代分离二甲苯的新方法。
