  • 方法二:以无水乙醇、三氯化磷和液氨为原料在二甲苯溶剂中进行酯化反应,生成亚磷酸三乙酯,粗酯经水洗去除氯化铵及亚磷酸二乙酯,蒸馏脱溶剂后,再经精馏得成品。原料消耗定额:三氯化磷(95%)950kg/t、无水乙醇930kg/t、液氨340kg/t。
  • 用途一:亚磷酸三乙酯在农药上可合成杀虫剂毒虫畏、杀螟畏,在医药上用于生产镇痛药苯噻啶,也可用作增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑油和润滑脂的添加剂。

  • 方法一:其制备方法是由无水乙醇、三氯化磷和氨反应制得。3C 2 H 5 OH+PCl 3 +NH 3 [溶剂]→(C 2 H 5 O) 3 P+3NH 4 Cl 将无水乙醇、甲基红指示剂和溶剂加入三口瓶中,将三氯化磷和溶剂在滴液漏斗中搅匀。在强烈搅拌下于0℃左右慢慢通入氨气,同时滴加三氯化磷,调节二者的速度,使反应液呈红色,逐渐加大二者的滴加速度,保持反应温度在0~10℃,约2h,三氯化磷滴加完毕,继续通氨气数分钟,使反应物呈碱性。加水溶解副产物氯化铵及亚磷酸二乙酯,用分液漏斗分出水层。油层经减压分馏回收溶剂,再真空分馏,即得到亚磷酸三乙酯。 此法工艺简单,原料易得,成本也较低。溶剂以石油醚较好,也可用二甲苯、甲苯、三氯乙等。
