  • 方法一:由2-乙基己醇与三氯氧磷进行酯化反应,生成磷酸二异辛基酰氯,用碱液使酰氯水解得钠盐,经硫酸酸化而得。1.酯化在搪玻璃反应锅内,先加入三氯氧磷,搅拌冷却,在10℃以下滴加2-乙基正醇,加毕继续搅拌1h,慢慢升温至20-45℃排氯化氢3h,再升温至45-50℃,用水喷射泵抽氯化氢气体3h,最后升温至50-60℃,在80kPa真空度下排氯化氢气体3h。2.水解 在水解锅内加入20%液碱,搅拌,在60℃以下滴加上述酯化产物,升温至80-90℃,保温1h,静置15min,将下层废水放去。在搅拌下加入30%液碱,升温至120℃回流1h,静置15min,下层碱液放出回收。水解锅内物料在80-90℃用3%碱水洗涤后供酸化用。3.酸化水解物加入10%硫酸酸化,温度50-60℃,酸化1h,放去下层废酸水。加水洗涤。最后在薄膜分离塔中加热至110-120℃除去水及低沸物即得成品。工业纯度≥90%。原料消耗定额:2-乙基己醇1100kg/t、三氯氧磷590kg/t。
