  • 方法一:雾化法。在反射炉或转炉中，将牌号为Zn-4，纯度为99.5%的金属锌锭加热至400～600℃熔融。锌熔化后移入耐火材料坩埚内，在加热保温条件下雾化，压缩空气工作压力在0.3～0.6MPa。雾化冷却后的锌粉集尘器中收集，再进入多层振动筛，通过筛体振动，不同网目的筛面将锌粉筛分成不同细度的制品移入包装桶。 湿式球磨法。湿式球磨法可制造鳞片状锌粉浆。将雾化锌粉与脂肪烃溶剂、少量的润滑剂置于球磨机内研磨，达到要求细度并形成鳞片锌粉时排出料浆进行过滤，形成含量为90%以上的滤饼，滤饼经过混合后即为涂料用锌粉浆，锌粉浆的金属含量在90%以上。
