  • 方法一:电解-复分解法将工业氯酸钠在溶解槽内加水，通人蒸汽于45～50℃下溶解，使其饱和(溶液含氯酸钠650～700 g／L)后加入氢氧化钡除去铬酸根等杂质，过滤后，将澄清液送往电解槽，在电流强度为1500 A、槽电压为5～6V、DH 6～7、电解温度为50～70℃下进行连续电解，生成的高氯酸钠溶液浓度达700 g／L时送入反应器，预热至60～80℃，再与氯化钾溶液进行复分解反应，当温度升至90～100℃时反应完成，反应液冷却至30℃析出高氯酸钾结晶，经离心分离、浸渍、离心分离，于100～110℃下气流干燥，制得高氯酸钾成品。其 NaC1O3+H2O[电解]→NaClO4+H2 NaClO4+KCl→KClO4+NaCl
