- 方法一:用镁屑、溴化苯及乙醚溶液和碘片先合成格氏试剂，其含量一般为39%-43%左右。然后，将格氏试剂与硼酸三甲酯反应，水解，乙醚提取，过滤。滤液用氯仿提取，在提取液中加入食盐，盐析得到白色沉淀（四苯硼钠粗品）。再用丙酮提取，滤除食盐，滤液在室温下减压浓缩，结晶，用丙酮重结晶，在30-40℃干燥即得成品。
