  • 方法一:由α-萘乙酸与乙二胺缩合、环合制成2-(1-萘甲基)咪唑啉(C14H14N2,[835-31-4]),然后成盐而得萘甲唑啉盐酸盐。将α-乙酸和乙二胺加入反应锅内,搅拌加热至120℃,反应1小时后,再升温至130℃,反应1小时。蒸除乙二胺和水后进行减压蒸馏,收集180-240℃(1.33-4千帕)馏分,得2-(1-萘甲基)咪唑啉。然后将其溶于丙酮和乙醇的混合液,在10-12℃通入氯化氢气体成盐,即生成萘甲唑啉盐酸盐结晶。

  • 药理作用:盐酸萘甲唑啉又名鼻眼净,是目前医院的耳鼻咽喉科和眼科常用的一种血管收缩剂,属拟肾上腺素药,有较强的收缩血管及升压作用,对中枢神经系统有抑制作用,通过收缩局部血管,在发生炎症的局部病变组织起到消炎镇痛的作用,并可消除由于疲劳或其他原因引起的充血。临床上用于治疗伤风、急慢性鼻炎、过敏性结膜炎、过敏性及炎性鼻充血等症。局部长期使用会导致用药部分血流过少,从而引起抵抗力减退,造成二重感染。不能内服。滴药过多或药液浓度过高均可引起中毒。对小儿尤应谨慎,婴儿、高血压、甲状腺功能亢进者慎用,萎缩性鼻炎者禁用。滴药的间隔时间,最好不少于4~6小时。
