  • 作用与用途:1. 经研究香叶木素具有升压的作用。 2. 香叶木素对铁氰化钾-鲁米诺体系的化学发光具有显著的增敏作用,试验结果表明:在碱性鲁米诺溶液中加入铁氰化钾溶液0.8S后,发光强度增大了0.5倍,3.85S后再缓慢下降;在碱性鲁米诺与铁氰化钾的混合溶液中,加入香叶木素,经0.55S后发光强度增大一倍多,后者的发光值改变超过前者。这充分说明香叶木素对铁氰化钾溶液氧化碱性鲁米诺的化学发光有较强的增敏作用。 3. 香叶木素可用于生产具有抗氧化、抗感染、抗休克等功效的功能性食品、化妆品和未来药物。一种抑制人CYP1A酶活力的天然黄酮类化合物。香叶木素具有抗诱变和抗变应性特性。
