  • 方法一:1,2,,3,4-四氢化邻苯二甲酐的制备 将顺丁烯二酸杆和苯混合加热,使顺酐溶解,待温度升至70℃时,通入丁二烯,在(75±2)℃反应,直至通气反应至终点,然后趁热把物料放入结晶槽,冷却至室温,过滤,滤饼于50~70℃干燥,得1,2,3,4-四氢化邻苯二甲酸酐,含量95%以上。 1,2,3,4-四氢化邻苯二甲酰亚胺的制备 将氨水加长反应瓶中,于50℃以下加长1,2,3,4-四氢化邻苯二甲酸酐,逐渐升温至105~110℃,使剩余的游离氨及水蒸发,再逐渐升温至230~250℃,约5~6h,将物料放出,冷却至80℃,加热水溶解,冷却结晶,过滤,干燥,得1,2,3,4-四氢化邻苯二甲酰亚胺。 克菌丹的合成 将1,2,3,4-四氢化邻苯二甲酸亚胺加入到预冷至0℃的5%~6%的氢氧化钠溶液中,待完全溶解后,加入三氯硫氯甲烷,在0~5℃反应。当pH值为8以下时,视反应结束,过滤,滤饼用水洗至中性,干燥,得克菌丹。
