  • 方法一:直接法以钽粉和氟为原料制备五氟化钽:以蒙乃尔合金或镍制的L型管作反应管,首先从管的一端抽真空,以除去管内的空气和水分,然后在该端加入金属钽粉,再将此端放入电炉中,将另一端放人半融化的干冰中,控制电炉使温度升至300℃,这时向反应管中通入氟气,经反应后即在干冰处生成凝固的固体五氟化钽粉末。反应产物经真空蒸馏,在-10℃收集得99%五氟化钽。在高真空的条件下,于90~100℃温度下升华,即得精制五氟化钽。产品必须贮存于干燥的硼硅酸玻璃的容器中并密封。 合成法以五氯化钽和无水氢氟酸为原料制备五氟化钽:在室温下,五氯化钽和无水氢氟酸反应,反应后经冷凝、过滤分离即得固体五氟化钽,然后在真空下升华,即制得精制五氟化钽。
