  • 后马托品:后马托品是阿托品的苯羟乙酸酯，系一种抗胆碱药，具有阻断乙酰胆碱的作用，使瞳孔括约肌和睫状肌麻痹而引起散瞳及调节麻痹，作用及毒 性似阿托品，但较弱，其阻断胆碱能神经的能力，仅为阿托品的1/10。其散瞳和调节麻痹作用的持续时间远较阿托品短(均为1～2日，而阿托品 则分别长达7～10日和8～12日)，且不良反应轻微，无抑制分泌使喉头感觉干燥的副作用。因此用于散瞳检查眼底及验光比较方便，常用其1～ 2%溶液滴眼。临床一般用其滴剂作眼科检查，滴眼时应按压内眦部，防止药物流入鼻腔而吸收中毒。青光眼患者忌用。
