  • 后马托品:后马托品是阿托品的苯羟乙酸酯,系一种抗胆碱药,具有阻断乙酰胆碱的作用,使瞳孔括约肌和睫状肌麻痹而引起散瞳及调节麻痹,作用及毒 性似阿托品,但较弱,其阻断胆碱能神经的能力,仅为阿托品的1/10。其散瞳和调节麻痹作用的持续时间远较阿托品短(均为1~2日,而阿托品 则分别长达7~10日和8~12日),且不良反应轻微,无抑制分泌使喉头感觉干燥的副作用。因此用于散瞳检查眼底及验光比较方便,常用其1~ 2%溶液滴眼。临床一般用其滴剂作眼科检查,滴眼时应按压内眦部,防止药物流入鼻腔而吸收中毒。青光眼患者忌用。
