  • 方法一:由一氯乙酸与氢氧化钠反应制得。将一氯乙酸溶解于蒸馏水中，小心加入液碱调节pH为9，随着碱的加入温度不断上升，最后至沸，继续在80-100℃保持2h，此期间pH值不低于9。然后浓缩至液面出现薄膜为止，加入适量蒸馏水趁热过滤，滤液冷却至15℃左右，过滤结晶，再经精制而得成品。
