  • 生产方法:其制备方法是在反应釜中预先加入清水,在搅拌下加入乙二胺,控制反应温度小于35℃开始滴加二硫化碳,滴加完毕,保持反应物料温度在30℃左右继续搅拌30min,待反应物料的介质pH≤9时,开始分批向反应釜加入20%氢氧化钠水溶液,加碱时反应温度控制在35℃左右,每批加氢氧化钠后控制反应液的pH≤9后,才能加下一批氢氧化钠。在全部氢氧化钠加完后,继续保温反应1h,取样观察物料中已无明显油珠即为达到反应终点,降温至25℃以下,停止搅拌,静置,将未反应的二硫化碳分离出来,所得淡黄色液体即为代森钠水溶液。 代森钠的合成有一步法和两步法,国内均采用两步法,此法有利于控制副产物三硫代碳酸钠的生成,因此产品质量好,收率亦高。
