  • 四氯化钛生产工艺流程:以富钛物料为原料,经氯化、冷凝分离、精制等处理产出精四氯化钛的过程,为钛冶金流程的主要组成部分。富钛物料包括金红石、钛渣和人造金红石等。富钛物料氯化产出的是混合炉气,须经过富钛物料氯化产物冷凝分离和粗四氯化钛精制才获得纯的TiCl4。TiCl4是生产金属钛和钛白的原料,亦可用作发烟剂,也是制备TiCl3(制取聚丙烯的催化剂)的原料。 20世纪50年代,随着海绵钛和氯化法钛白的生产发展,TiCl4生产亦达到工业规模。富钛物料氯化早期采用竖炉氯化法生产四氯化钛,随后又发展了熔盐氯化法生产四氯化钛和流态化氯化法生产四氯化钛。 日本和美国主要采用流态化氯化法,苏联自20世纪60年代初即开始采用熔盐氯化法,而竖炉氯化法已逐步被淘汰,中国钛厂采用流态化氯化和熔盐氯化两种方法。表2列出了三种主要氯化方法的比较。到80年代,世界上大型氯化炉的单炉日生产能力已达120~150tTiCl4,工艺已比较成熟,设备也已基本定型。 从富钛物料制取精四氯化钛的生产工艺流程如下:
