  • 方法一:铜锌粉的生产是将冶炼好的铜锌合金多次粉碎、筛分并进行表面处理,得到具有颜料性能成品的过程。 具体操作工艺如下。于熔炼炉内在1100℃下配制铜锌合金,在熔炼过程中要严格控制铜(3#铜纯度99.7%,GB466-64)和锌(Zn-4纯度99.5%, GB470-64)成分的比例,根据需要还要配入微量的铝、硅、镍等调节合金的色相。当合金熔化为流动性良好的液体之后,以压缩空气通过喷嘴将其喷成粉粒,合金粉粒在水捕集器内冷凝、沉积并收集起来。收集的雾化铜锌粉经筛洗和干燥后,送入湿式筛分机筛分,然后干燥脱水。干燥好的铜锌粉置于球磨机内,同时放入溶剂油和润滑剂进行研磨粉碎。润滑剂一般使用脂肪酸、蓖麻油及硬脂酸的盐类。球磨机机筒为不锈钢制成的圆形机体,机身外有冷滤机内脱去溶剂得到滤饼。为形成良好的鳞片结构,故要对铜锌粉进行退火处理,退火工艺温度为500℃,保温3h,然后慢慢降温。退火处理后的铜锌粉要再次研磨,使粒子形成微薄精细的鳞片。采用干式研磨,研磨时入入硬脂酸及其盐类作润滑剂,要严格控制研磨球配比、填充系数、球料比、润滑剂用量等工艺条件。在达到规定细度时,用流动风将粉末吹出收集的容器内。经干式研磨得到的微细颜料粒子多在10μm以下,需采用风力分级法进一步分级。分级后的铜锌粉要在圆筒式抛光机内进行抛光处理。机内放有小型铜球、玻璃球,把铜锌粉和适量的抛光剂如蓖麻油、酯类和硬脂酸加入机内。抛光温度一般在40~50℃。抛光后得到成品铜锌粉颜料。
