  • 方法一:将滴滴涕以二氯乙烷为溶剂,加1%偶氮二异丁腈作催化剂,于80~90℃通入氯气反应2h,然后减压蒸出溶剂。 水解 氯化产物水解反应在对甲苯磺酸33%、硫酸33%、水33%的混合酸性介质中进行,并以芳基碘酸或低级烷基磺酸为促进剂,于135~150℃反应5~6h,而后加入适量低沸点溶剂二氯乙烷和水,形成油水两层,提取油层,并用稀碱液和水洗涤后,减压蒸出溶剂,即得三氯杀螨醇原药。
