Appearance 金黄色粉末。水溶性一般，对硬水较为敏感。水溶液呈红光橙色，加浓碱呈橘棕色；加稀碱变稍黄。微溶于乙醇呈金橙色。于浓硫酸中呈鲜艳红色，稀释后产生红光橙至红色沉淀；于浓硝酸中有暗黄色沉淀。

  • 用途二:直接橙 S 用于染棉和黏胶纤维得红光橙色，移染性差，对盐敏感，上染率好。也用于棉和黏胶纤维织物的直接印花，尤以黏胶纤维织物用得多。可单独使用，也可与黄、红、灰、棕等色拼用，以调节色光、增加色谱。也可用于蚕丝、羊毛、维纶、锦纶的染色和蚕丝织物的直接印花。

  • 上游原料:硫酸 --> 碳酸钠 --> 亚硝酸钠 --> 氨基苯 --> 猩红酸 --> 1-萘基脲
  • 方法一:以猩红酸 (5，5 ' -二羟基-2，2 ' -二萘脲-7，7 ' -二磺酸)、苯胺为原料，首先将苯胺重氮化，再与猩红酸偶合得产物，经盐析、过滤、烘干、粉碎得成品。。 将 19.5kg 苯胺 (100%)、26kg 硫酸 (100%)、14.5kg 亚硝酸钠 (100%)、240kg 水进行重氮化反应后，与 50.4kg 猩红酸 (100%)、26.95kg 碳酸钠 (100%)、3.91kg 氢氧化钠 (100%)、200kg 水组成的溶液中进行偶合反应，然后盐析、压滤、烘干得产品约 100-110kg。
