  • 用途二:2-甲氨基-4-甲氧基-6-甲基-均三嗪是磺酰脲类除草剂苯磺隆的中间体。
  • 方法一:其制备方法有以下几种。 (1)在反应釜中加入2-氨基-4-甲氧基-6-甲基三嗪和浓盐酸,搅拌加热至40℃,滴加甲醛和甲酸的混合液,加毕,45~55℃保温3 h,升温回流4 h,然后冷却至80℃,再加入浓盐酸,再加热至反应液内温为120℃,随后降至室温,加入氢氧化钠溶液,调节pH=8,过滤,结晶,水洗,并干燥得到成品。 (2)用氯甲烷与镁条形成氯甲基镁的格氏试剂,在室温下滴加到三聚氯氰的四氢呋喃液中,然后脱去四氢呋喃,加入氯仿,得到一甲基二氯三嗪氯仿溶液,在上述溶液中滴加甲胺水溶液,然后再滴加碳酸钠水溶液,反应2h,分层,有机层脱溶得到2-甲氨基-4-甲基-6-氯三嗪。在上述一氯三嗪中加入甲醇,并滴加甲醇钠甲醇溶液,回流蒸出甲醇,加水得沉淀,过滤,干燥得成品。 也可以用溴甲烷代替氯甲烷反应。(3)以2-氨基-4-甲氧基-6-甲基三嗪为原料,在甲醇中加入甲醇钠,然后加入二甲基碳酸酯和N,N-二甲基乙酰胺,先反应生成相应的甲氧基甲酰胺,然后再滴加硫酸二甲酯进行氨基甲基化,最后进行水解得到成品。 在上述三种方法中,若用2-氨基-6-甲基-4-甲氧基三嗪为原料,如果反应不完全,在产品中含有上述杂质,与磺酰胺反应将生成甲磺隆,对作物有药害,而用三聚氯氰为原料,虽然工艺复杂一些,但产品纯度高,可保证后续产品苯磺隆的质量。目前生产厂均用三聚氯氰法生产该中间体。
