  • 方法一:由氨基安替比林经催化氢化(烃化)而得。溶解罐中先加水,加热至50-60℃,搅拌下投入氨基安替比林,全溶后倒入氢化罐中。用水洗涤溶解罐,与镍催化剂搅匀再加至氢化罐。将氢化罐抽真空,然后关闭真空阀,通入氢气,开动搅拌,待压力升至0.245MPa时,停止通氢。加入甲醛,继续通入氢气。加甲醛的速度以每加5L甲醛吸氢1.8-2立方米为标准,反应温度控制在60-85℃,甲醛加完后继续反应10min,测试终点。合格后压滤,滤液冷至25℃以下,析出结晶,甩滤得氨基比林粗品。将氨基比林粗品、乙醇、活性炭升温至75-80℃,搅拌脱色1h,压滤。滤液冷至10℃,析出结晶,甩滤,用乙醇洗涤,经气流干燥,得氨基比林。
