  • 外观性质:纯品是无色有芳香气味的液体。有挥发性。
  • 生产方法:脱氯化氢法 敌百虫在碱性条件下脱氯化氢生成敌敌畏。操作时控制敌百虫水悬浮液含量为25%(也可用精制敌百虫母液,加适时的敌百虫固体),敌百虫与碱的配比为1:(1.35~1.4),采用水和甲苯(二甲苯、苯)两个溶剂,反应温度50~60℃,反应时间20~25min,终点pH值7~8。这一反应使α-羟基膦酸酯重排成磷酸酯。 反应结束静置分层,油层经薄膜蒸发回收溶剂,并得敌敌畏原油。 直接合成法 亚磷酸三甲酯的制备 见杀虫畏的制备方法。 敌敌畏的制备 此法利用亚磷酸三甲酯与三氯乙醛反应,脱去一分子氯甲烷而合成,称perkow反应。操作时将亚磷酸三甲酯(或三氯乙醛)在常温下滴加到三氯乙醛(或亚磷酸三甲酯)中,所放出热量需冷却,控制滴加温度60℃,滴毕,于70℃保温90min,亚磷酸三甲酯与三氯乙醛的配比为1:1,收率94.53%。
