- 生产方法:由葡萄糖与一甲胺缩合后再进行催化加氢而得。将无水乙醇及干燥的葡萄糖加入反应锅，于50℃下通入干燥的一甲胺气体，反应1.5-2h后，溶液逐渐澄清，继续在50℃保持2h，得葡萄糖缩甲胺溶液。再将其加入高压釜中，在雷氏镍存在下，通氢加压至2.5MPa，在80-85℃搅拌1-2h。然后经冷却泄压后出料，将上层葡甲胺乙醇溶液冷却结晶，过滤，得葡甲胺粗品，再经精制而得成品。
