  • 药品说明书:【别名】 安乃近 ,诺瓦经;罗瓦而精 ,罗瓦尔精,安替比林甲胺甲烷 【外文名】Metamizole Sodium, Analgin, Bonpyrin, Dipyron, Noramidopyrine, NOVALGIN 【性状】 本品为白色或黄白色的结晶或结晶性粉末,无臭,味微苦,易溶于水。 【作用】: 为氨基比林的衍生物,具有较显著的解热作用及较强的镇痛作用,解热作用为氨基比林的3倍,镇痛作用与氨基比林相似。 【体内过程】 口服易吸收,主要经肝脏代谢,肾脏排泄。 【适应症】 主要用于退热,亦用于急性关节炎、头痛、风湿性神经痛、牙痛、肌肉痛等。 【用法用量】 口服或滴鼻,口服成人每次0.5g,一日3次,儿童每次8-10mg/kg,必要时重复;滴鼻剂5岁以下每次每侧鼻孔1-2滴,必要时重复一次,5岁以上适当加量。 【注意事项】1、严格控制用量,以防虚脱。2、肌肉注射可致局部肌肉萎缩及糜烂,现已不用。 3、对吡喹酮类药有过敏史者禁用。 4、不宜长期使用,注意复查粒细胞。 【规格】 片剂,每片0.25g,0.5g;针剂,每支0.25g/1ml,0.5g/2ml;滴剂10-20%溶液
