  • 方法一:可用多种方法制取防老剂4020。一般采用4-氨基二苯胺与甲基异丁基酮催化加氢缩合而得。也可采用N-（1,3-二甲基丁基）对氨基酚在铁粉和碘（或FeCI2、FeCI3）的催化下，与苯胺在210-230℃反应，缩合反应完成后于180℃（133帕）蒸去易挥发物即得该品的混合物，其成分为：N-（1,3-二甲基丁基）-N'-苯基对苯二胺50%，N,N'-二苯基对苯二胺17.5%，N，N'-双（1,3-二甲基丁基）对苯二胺13.4%。

  • 用途二:该品为污染性抗氧剂，除具有良好的抗氧效能外，还有抗臭氧、抗屈找龟裂和抑制铜、锰等有害金属的作用。其性能与防老剂4010NA相近，但其毒性及对皮肤刺激性比4010NA要小，在水中的溶解特性也比4010NA为佳（水洗损失率：4010NA为50%，而4020仅为15-20%）。可广泛用于轮胎、胶带以及许多其他工业橡胶制品制备中，一般用量为0.5-1.5%。该品因污染比较严重，不适用于制作浅色制品。防老剂4020是对苯二胺类防老剂的主要品种之一。对苯二胺类防老剂是目前国内外橡胶工业常用的主要优良品种，也是今后防老剂发展的方向。
