  • 生产方法:由莰烯与氯反应而得。松节油经减压蒸馏提取α-蒎烯,在水合氧化钛存在下进行异构化,异构液经减压蒸馏得到纯度在90%以上的莰稀。将莰烯溶于2.5倍的四氯化碳中,通氯反应。氯化过程可采用间歇法或连续法,先使莰烯四氯化碳溶液与氯化反应尾气中的氯气反应,然后将此莰烯四化碳溶液与新鲜的氯气反应。氯化反应在光照下进行,反应温度在40-60℃之间,氯气经串联反应后,尾气含少量余氯和大量氯化氢,尾气压力为10.7kPa左右,可用液碱吸收综合利用。氯化液的含氯量达到66.5-68.5%后,光照后,放料至水蒸气蒸馏锅,在110℃蒸馏得毒杀芬。工业品为莰烯氯化异构反应的混合物。含氯量为66.5-68.5%的毒杀芬原粉,每吨消耗松节油700kPa左右,氯气1350kPa。商品有40%或50%的乳油。
