  • β-Galactosidase has a molecular weight of 540 kDa, and an optimum pH range of 6 to 8. Product G128643 is not suitable for immunoconjugation applications due to the presence of ammonium sulfate.
  • 无臭,微甜。分子量100000~850000。在水中呈混沌液(大部分溶解),不溶于乙醇、丙酮。不同来源的酶最适pH值在4.0~7.5不等。最适作用温度37~50℃,低温保存。可由米曲霉(Aspergillus oryzae)培养液或制干酪时所得的乳清制得。作药物,适用于婴儿各种乳糖消化不良症及腹泻等。
