- 应用领域:硫酸镍又名镍矾，外观为蓝色或绿色晶体，是一种重要的镍盐，溶于乙醇及氨水。自然界中存在无水、六水和七水三种形态的硫酸镍晶体，市面上销售的商品以六水为主，包含α和β两种晶型，α型为蓝色绿色四方结晶，β型为绿色透明结晶，微溶于醇，易溶于甲醇，主要应用领域如下： 1，用于电镀工业，是电镀镍和化学镍的主要镍盐，也是金属镍离子的来源，能在电镀过程中离解镍离子和硫酸根离子。 2，硬化油生产中是油脂加氢的催化剂。 3，医药工业用于生产维生素C氧化反应的催化剂。 4，无机工业中用作生产其它镍盐如：硫酸镍盐、氧化镍、氢氧化镍、碳酸镍等。 5，印染工业中硫酸镍用于制酞菁艳蓝络合剂和还原染料的媒染剂。 上述多个行业的应用中，属电镀、化学镀及充电电池领域用量最大。 硫酸镍溶于水中，用铁或锌置换，形成硫酸铁或锌及金属镍。但镍往往覆盖于铁或锌表面，影响进一步反应，应逐步除去置换出来的镍或添加其他成分，使置换出来的镍呈松散状态，不影响进一步反应。
