  • 方法二:以木犀科植物小花茉莉或大花茉莉的花为原料，在室温下每千克花用4L的石油醚平转式(128r/min)浸提96min。浸出液澄清分离后，先常压蒸馏回收石油醚，浓缩液浓度控制在20~30g/L，降至室温后过滤，然后在40℃、80kPa条件下进行减压蒸馏，进一步回收石油醚，得到粗茉莉浸膏。粗浸膏仍含17%左右的石油醚，加入浸膏量5%的无水乙醇，搅拌加热至55℃左右，在92.2kPa下减压蒸馏20min，尽量除去乙醇一石油醚后得茉莉花浸膏，浸膏得率0.24%～.26%。 花渣用水蒸气直接蒸馏也可回收一定量的石油醚，之后继续水蒸气蒸馏4~5h,还可得到少量的茉莉精油。我国盛产小花茉莉，为世界上茉莉浸膏主要生产国之一。

  • 方法一:用石油醚或丁烷浸提木樨科植物大花茉莉(Jasminum officinale var. gradiflornum)和小花茉莉(J．Sambac)的花，然后蒸去溶剂而得。大花茉莉得率为0.28%～0.38%。我国盛产小花茉莉，为世界主要生产国之一，小花茉莉得率2.5%～2.8%。国外主要产于摩洛哥、意大利、法国、埃及和印度等国。
