  • 方法一:以糠醛为原料,经与甲胺缩合,加氢还原、扩环而得。将糠醛、甲胺、无水乙醇、雷尼镍混合,于85-95℃通入氢气约吸收6h。过滤,用稀硫酸中和至pH为6-7。回收乙醇后用苯提取,提取液加入无水硫酸钾干燥,回收苯后常压分馏,收集150-166℃馏分即得缩合物,收率91%。将上述缩合物与冰醛酸混合,于100-105℃通入干燥的溴化氢气体,通气反应2h。然后放冷至80℃左右,用饱和氢氧化钾溶液中和至pH为8以上。经常压蒸馏、甲苯提取,将提取液进行减压蒸馏,收集74-80℃(2.13kPa)馏分,即得3-羟基-N-甲基哌啶。
