  • 方法一:从煤油中回收可得到该品。重吡啶残渣油中精馏截取的260-267℃馏分段内含4-甲基喹啉35%-56%。将此馏分在酒精中与浓度为98%的浓硫酸反应,温度控制在35℃,生成磺酸盐,经冷却、结晶、过滤后,所得结晶用3倍重量的酒精重结晶,得熔点大于220℃的结晶,再用20%的深氨水在室温下分解至pH=8,得粗制4-甲基喹啉。然后在20块理论板的蒸馏塔蒸馏,切取262.3-266.8℃馏分,得纯度大于95%的4-甲基喹啉。
