  • 药理作用:柚皮素是柚皮甙的甙元,属二氢黄酮类化合物,常温下为白色针状结晶(甲醇),溶于乙醇、乙醚和苯,几乎不溶于水。盐酸镁粉反应呈樱红色,四氢硼钠反应呈红紫色,molish反应阴性。自然界中主要来源于蔷薇科植物樱花(Prunus yedoensis Mate.)花蕾,漆树科植物梗树(Amacardi-um occidentale L.)果实的核壳。 黄酮类化合物的母核结构相似,多数成分脂溶性和水溶性不甚理想,生物利用度低。通过对其结构进行修饰,引入脂溶性或水溶性较强的基团,可提高其脂溶性或水溶性,从而提高生物利用度。其结构修饰主要包括羟基的烷基化、酰化、磺化、苷化及形成金属配合物等。 柚皮素具有抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、止咳祛痰、降血脂、抗癌抗肿瘤、解痉、清除自由基、预防和治疗肝病、抑制血小板凝结、抗粥样动脉硬化等作用,可被广泛地应用于医药、食品等领域。 1.抗菌:对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠、痢疾和伤寒杆菌都有较强的抗菌作用。柚皮素对真菌亦有作用,1000ppm 喷于大米上能降低稻瘟菌感染40-90%,且对人和家畜没有毒性。 2.抗炎:大鼠腹腔每天注射20mg/kg,明显抑制植入羊毛球所引起的发炎过程。 3.抗癌:对大鼠白血病L1210和肉瘤均有活性。 4.解痉和利胆:为黄酮类化合物中具有较强作用者。柚皮素并有较强的增加实验动物胆汁分泌的作用。
