  • 生产方法:由三氯乙醛与一氯化苯在发烟硫酸存在下缩合而得。在缩合锅中投入三氯乙醛、氯苯,搅拌下滴加发烟硫酸。缩合后的物料静置分层,放净废酸,酸性滴滴涕氯苯溶液用热水洗涤,再用氢氧化钠溶液洗涤。然后蒸馏回收氯苯,残留物即熔融的滴滴涕放至滚筒结晶器冷却结晶即得成品。缩合反应在10-23℃进行,缩合中同时加入缩合反应产生的废酸(内含副反应生成的对氯苯磺酸)或抑制副反应,减少对氯苯磺酸的生成量,滴加硫酸的时间约2.5h。一级品的滴滴涕原粉对位含量≥74.0%。
