- 概述:五氯苯酚(简称PCP)外观为白色薄片或结晶状固体，常含一分子结晶水，稍热有极强辛辣臭味。溶于水时生成有腐蚀性的盐酸气；工业品为灰黑 色粉末或片状固体，熔点187～189℃，，沸点约309-310℃（分解）。难溶于水，溶解度(20℃)20～25mg/L，溶于大多数有机溶剂如乙醇、乙醚 ，苯等，略溶于冷石油醚，但在四氯化碳和石蜡中溶解度不大。呈酸性，在无湿气存在时，对多数金属无腐蚀作用,与氢氧化钠反应生成能溶于 水的白色钠盐晶体。与强氧化剂不相容。稳定性好，在550℃空气中不着火。工业上由苯酚在催化剂存在下直接氯化或用六六六无效体（α，β -异构体）制得。 五氯苯酚(PCP)是一种重要的防腐剂,它能阻止真菌的生长、抑制细菌的腐蚀作用,长期以来均被用作皮革品和木材的防霉剂，对防治霉菌与一般 虫类（如白蚁）均有效，其钠盐用于消灭血吸虫中间宿主钉螺和防治稗草等。对鱼类等水生物动物敏感等，水中含量达0.1-0.5ppm即致死。有 机毒品，可通过皮肤吸收，对肝、肾有损害。误食会中毒，严重时导致死亡。但在过去的十年，医学研究发现若经常与含五氯苯酚(PCP)的产品 接触，极有可能影响人体健康，而症状包括头痛、腹痛、呕吐及对中央神经系统有所损害。 德国政府已设立法例规定产品含有五氯苯酚(PCP)的成份不得高于5PPM，这条例应用于各种曾受PCP及PCP化合物处理过的产品，如手袋和手表带 等。所有出口到德国市场出售的产品，必须通过以上测试。 中国的生态纺织标准和国际生态纺织协会的oeko-tex标准100均对纺织品中的PCP残留量规定了不得超过0.5mg/kg(婴幼儿用品不得超过 0.05mg/kg)的限量。
