  • 方法一:由氯丙酮和硫脲作用而得。将水和硫脲加入反应器，搅拌，于半小时内滴加氯丙酮。随着反应的进行，硫脲逐渐溶解。回流反应2h，在冷却并慢慢搅拌下，加入粒状氢氧化钠。然后分出上部油层，水层用乙醚萃取，将暗红色油状物与萃取液合并，用氢氧化钠干燥，过滤。从滤液中蒸出乙醚后，剩余物减压蒸馏，收集117-120℃（1.07kPa），或130-133℃（2.40kPa）馏分即得产品，产率70-75%。
