  • 方法一:以丁二烯,二氧化硫为原料,在对苯二酚的甲醇溶剂存在下,于耐压反应器内加热(100-110℃)合成为环丁烯砜甲醇溶液,分馏后,精环丁烯砜在含镍催化剂存在下加氢转化为环丁砜,再经气液分离,分馏后得成品。原料消耗定额:丁二烯(>99%)654kg/t、二氧化硫(>97%)909kg/t、铝镍催化剂(Ni45-50%)71kg/t、液体氢氧化钠110kg/t。
