  • 电解法制备四乙基氢氧化铵:电解法制备四乙基氢氧化铵的原理是电解槽阳极室中的四乙基氯化铵水溶液在电场力的作用下,溶液中的氯离子向阳极方向迁移直至在阳极上放电而析出氯气。同时,由于离子膜的选择透过性,氯离子无法扩散透过离子交换膜,只有四乙铵离子才能选择透过而进入阴极室,并富集于其中。电解槽阴极室中水分子在阴极上分解为氢气和氢氧根离子。后者恰好同由阳极室迁移来的四乙铵离子结合成四乙基氢氧化铵。随着通电量的增加而四乙基氢氧化铵浓度不断提高,最终达到预期的粗品浓度。 阳极电化学反应为: (C2H5)4NCl→(C2H5)4N++Clˉ 2Clˉ— 2e→Cl2↑ 阴极电化学反应为: H2O→H+ + OHˉ (C2H5)4++OHˉ→(C2H5)4OH 2H++2e→H2↑ 总反应为: 2(C2H5)4NCl+2H2O→2(C2H5)4OH+H2↑+Cl2↑ 电解法中产生的氢气放空,生成的氯气用碱液吸收生成次氯酸钠,次氯酸钠是漂白粉的主要原料。 因此该方法制备四乙基氢氧化铵方法简单、纯度高、无环境污染。
