  • 方法一:增塑剂的用量很大,品种繁多。目前增塑剂生产技术的发展趋势,一方面是主增塑剂的连续化大生产,另一方面是特殊增塑剂的多品种、小批量的间歇生产。邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的消费量约占增塑剂总量的80%,生产量很大,因而出现了以邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为中心的连续化大生产。邻苯二甲酸酯在工业上都是用苯酐与相应的醇在硫酸、对甲苯磺酸等酸性催化剂存在下酯化制得的,酸性催化剂的用量一般以苯酐计为0.2-0.5%。由苯酐与2-乙基己醇(异辛醇)在硫酸或钛酸酯、氧化亚锡、铝酸盐等非酸性催化剂催化下进行酯化反应,酯化液经中和、水洗、脱醇、脱色、压滤得成品。原料消耗定额:苯酐383kg/t、2-乙基己醇(95%)671kg/t、硫酸6kg/t、纯碱10kg/t。
