- 方法一:由溴戊烷先与金属镁作用，再与溴丙烯反应制得。先用金属镁、无水乙醚、碘甲烷合成格氏试剂，再于沸腾下加入溴戊烷及无水乙醚混合物，加完后回流2h。然后逐渐加入溴丙烯的乙醚混合物，反应平稳时，再回流1h，然后加水使之分解。分离乙醚层之后再回收乙醚，分馏残余物，收集沸点115-123℃的馏分即为粗品。向粗品中加入金属钠回流2h，冷却过滤，再经高效分馏，收集点121-122.5℃的馏分即为成品。
