  • 方法一:其制备方法有以下几种。 二甲酰肼法 二甲酰肼与氨在甲酰胺中于150~250℃反应,不断除去水,制得1,2,4-三唑。 甲酰胺法 将肼加到170~180℃的甲酰胺液面下,并不断蒸出副产物,生成1,2,4-三唑。 甲酰肼法 以甲酸甲酯为基本原料,经肼解和氨解分别制得甲酰肼和甲酰胺,然后在145℃加热反应生成1,2,4-三唑。 甲酸法 在甲酸中通入氨气,制成甲酸铵后加热到160℃,将肼加入,继续加热,并不断蒸去生成的氨气和水即生成1,2,4-三唑。 甲酸法原料易得,工艺简便,副产氨气可以回收再用,国内一般用该法生产1,2,4-三唑。具体的工艺如下。 将定量的甲酸投入成盐釜,在搅拌下通入氨成甲酸铵盐,当反应液的pH=8时,即为通氨终点,将甲酸铵放入缩合釜,升温脱水至145℃,开始滴加定量的水合肼,一面滴加一面脱水直至加完,然后升温至203℃反应结束,出料即得1,2,4-三唑。
