  • 方法一:1.由2-萘酚与甲醇反应而得。将2-萘酚、甲醇和硫酸在85-90℃加热回流6h,冷却,过滤,洗涤至中性。减压蒸馏,收集168-180℃(2.67kPa)馏分,经甲醇重结晶得成品,收率约70%。2.由2-萘酚与硫酸二甲酯反应而得。在反应锅内投入水、氢氧化钠溶液和2-萘酚,在10℃加入硫酸二甲酯,控制料液温度不超过36℃。搅拌反应3h,然后加热至76-80℃反应1.5h。冷却至50℃左右加入氨水至pH值为11,冷却,结晶,过滤得粗品。用乙醇重结晶得2-甲氧基萘精品。2-甲氧基萘也可用升华法提纯,而它的类似产品2-乙氧基萘(橙花素)加热时不会升华,一般用减压蒸馏的方法精制。
