  • 用途三:用于有机合成及用作溶剂.
  • 方法一:由邻甲苯胺经重氮化、置换而得。将邻甲苯胺和40%氢溴酸配成的溶液冷却至0-5℃，滴加亚硝酸钠溶液，控制滴加速度，避免大量棕色气体溢出。加完后，搅拌15min，用碘化钾淀粉液测试终点（应立即呈蓝色）。重氮化完成后，加入铜粉，小心加热，升温至25-30℃停止加热，控制自然升温不超过50℃，反应逸出氮气。在50℃保温1h，然后反应液水蒸汽蒸馏，得油状物，用30%液碱、浓硫酸、水依次洗涤，用无水氯化钙干燥，即得精制邻溴甲苯。
