  • 方法一:肉桂醇经溴化而得。在干燥的反应锅中投入肉桂醇、吡啶、汽油。搅拌下滴加三溴化磷，保持反应温度20℃左右。加毕，升温至60-70℃，保温2h。冷却至30℃以下，滴加适量冰水，分去分层。汽油层用水及5%碳酸氢钠溶液分别洗涤1次，再用水洗至中性，脱去溶剂汽油和吡啶，即为肉桂基溴，收率95.3%。
