  • 方法一:1.由丙烯腈直接催化加氢制得。将丙烯腈在催化剂磷酸铜、铑、雷尼镍存在下于气相或液相中进行加氢反应,制得丙腈。2.丙烯腈经电解加氢二聚合制备己二腈时,在制得双氰乙基醚的同时,丙腈作为副产品制得。3.由丙酸氨化而得,将氨气通入装有硅胶的铁管内,以电热丝加热,维持400℃通氨活化8h,调好氨气流量并慢慢滴入丙酸,通过320-380℃的预热器进入反应管道,温度控制在380-400℃。生成的粗丙腈的冷凝瓶内分为两层,上层为溶有12%的丙腈水溶液。分出水层,丙腈中加入少许固体高锰酸钾,摇匀,放置约4h,待颜色不褪便可将上层液倾入另一容器中,加入碳酸钾进行干燥,在搅动下放置8h,进行分馏(分馏柱内充磁环),收集95.8-97.5℃的馏分即得成品,产率59.8%。此外,丙酰胺与五氧化二磷作用也可制得丙腈。
