  • 方法一:将油酸乙酯和无水乙酸混合，快速加入金属钠片，反应剧烈进行。反应缓和后再加无水乙醇，加热至金属钠完反应。然后加水回流1h，使未反应的油酸乙酯发生皂化。冷却后，用乙醚提取，中和洗涤、干燥后蒸去乙醚，旱灾行减压分馏，收集150-152℃（0.133kPa）馏分，即为油醇。收率约50%。
