  • 方法一:由蓖麻油生产癸二酸时，可回收到2-辛醇。蓖麻油是一种含有羟基脂肪酸的油脂。在脂肪酸组成中，80-85%是蓖麻油酸。在强碱与高温（250-280℃）条件下，分子内部发生断裂，生成癸二酸双钠盐、2-辛醇和氢。蓖麻油酸和氢氧化钠酚按重量比100：50：8.25，在裂解釜内反应，碱加完后改加热水，反应中蒸出辛醇。从蓖麻油中水解液也可回收辛醇。原料消耗定额：蓖麻油2310kg/t、硫酸（95%）1351kg/t、烧碱（98%）1104kg/t。
